The Shipping & Logistics Committee of Make in Africa brings together people from ports, shipping lines, freight and logistics firms, and customs and trade professionals across the continent. Africa cannot make more of what it uses and sells if goods move slowly and cost too much to move. Members give advice, draft position papers and engage governments and partners on ports, corridors, customs and fair shipping terms, and on what the wider world must do to help.
To make trade within Africa and out of it quicker and cheaper, so that processed African goods reach buyers at a fair cost and Africa stops shipping raw materials out for others to finish.
Join the Shipping & Logistics Committee and help build the ports, corridors and supply chains that Africa's industries need. Become a Member to contribute, collaborate and deliver.
