The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee of Make in Africa works for workplaces where people of every background and ability feel valued and supported. Its members bring perspective from the many cultures and communities of the continent. Inclusive workplaces are an ethical duty, and they are also more productive and safer. The committee helps businesses open equal opportunity to all employees, especially women and young people.
