Workforce Development and Skilling Council

Purpose

Creating a Future-Ready Workforce

The Workforce Development and Skilling Council is powered by workforce and education expertise from members across Africa, whose views on skills and labour markets help bridge gaps and prepare young people for emerging industries. Africa’s young population is a great asset when it is trained and employed in making things. By promoting training, upskilling and fair labour policy, this Council helps businesses find skilled talent and communities find work.
