Africa Industry Jobs Board

Jobs That Make Africa

Skills Built Here, Used Here

Africa needs more people who make, process, repair and move goods. The Make in Africa Jobs Board connects jobseekers with jobs and apprenticeships in manufacturing, processing, engineering and supply chains. Roles appear as employers post them, and no listings are shown until then.

How It Works

The Jobs Board supports both sides:

For Employers

  • Member employers post roles and apprenticeships once the board opens.
  • Roles describe the work, the skills needed and how local skills will be developed.

For Jobseekers

  • Browse roles by sector, trade and location, and apply to the employer directly.
  • Find apprenticeships and entry routes for young people building a career in industry.

Fair Hiring Principles

  • Employers are asked to train and promote local talent and to hire without discrimination.
  • Roles should state honest terms, safe conditions and fair pay in line with local law.

Safe and Free

Jobseekers using the board gain:

No Fees

Jobseekers never pay to see, apply for or be offered a role.

Be Careful

Protect Yourself From Scams

Never pay money to anyone for a job offer, interview or placement. If a request seems wrong, stop and report it to us through the contact form and to the local authorities.
