Logistics and Supply Chain Optimisation Council

Purpose: Moving Goods Faster Across Africa

The Logistics and Supply Chain Optimisation Council brings together logistics and trade experts from across Africa who help remove bottlenecks and bring digital tools into freight and supply chains. Goods take too long and cost too much to cross African borders, which holds back intra-African trade. By improving transport links, last-mile delivery and customs processes, the Council helps businesses cut costs and make the AfCFTA real.
