Corporate Governance Committee

Pioneering Ethical Business Practice

The Corporate Governance Committee of Make in Africa champions ethical conduct and accountability in business, guided by members with governance experience from across the continent. Africa asks the world for fair terms, and it must also deliver honest standards at home. The committee develops a proposed Code of Ethics drawn from recognised good practice. It is a guide for voluntary compliance that encourages responsible conduct and lasting growth, and it covers elements such as whistleblower protection.
